"Tony Bless was the agent at the Chris Bryan agency who was after my business for over a year. Because of an accident in 2021, I left SF because my rates increased almost 30% - no one's fault but my own.
Tony would check in with me and share new rates from time to time. Good business practice. Finally in February 2026 Tony let me know that rates with SF were very low and the time to switch over was then. I was in the midst of buying a new vehicle so I thought this was really good timing. So, for a week or so we went back and forth with auto and home insurance and finally locked it in at a remarkably low premium for auto and escrow for home.
A month or so later, I looked at the SF app to see when the next payment was coming out and the premium went up about $40 for auto. After almost a week of investigating the cause, it was brought to Tony's attention from a co-worker that he had somehow toggled that I was a SF loyalty customer. We all make mistakes, right? I asked if they would honor the initial quote and Tony said that underwriting said no. GREAT customer service from Chris and SF! How humiliating to have to go back to your former insurance agent and ask to come back because of no fault of my own except for trusting Tony and Chris Bryan.
During the transition, Tony said that he could help me "break up" with my former insurance company and that was NOT true or successful. I found out later that SF doesn't have the means to do that so, that would be the reason that my home policy was never cancelled and I was billed from SF AND the former insurance company. After I left SF and switched to Liberty Mutual (love them), Chris Bryan's office kept sending me a bill for $62 for having two insurance policies at the same time, back dating something or other. I suggested that Chris Bryan take it on his balance sheet for causing me consternation with this whole S*@T show since I did nothing wrong-coach Tony not me. What did I hear back from a minion - NOT the owner, Chris Bryan? Tony Bless has retired since then and he never had the ability to cancel other policies." News to me! Not my circus, CHRIS! Needless to say I had to escalate it to corporate so him and his staff would stop bothering me for the $62. Business must be hurting if he needs that $62 so badly!! GOOD riddance!"

"I’ve been inquiring about new insurance. Old, don’t drive much and needed lower price insurance on my car.
The only person that sent me an actual quote was Jon Salgado.
Called Jon Salgado today. He was knowledgeable in so many ways I didn’t consider. Down to canceling my other insurance company, health, life, credit card for cash back.
I did sign up for car insurance with Jon. He made it so easy and I think I was said and done within 30-45 minutes.
He gave me many things to think about and some homework.
Jon was very kind and patient.
