I am glad i am with State Farm insurance. Every renewal I call the office, they go over my policy and find best way to lower my bill. Nicole worked with me then Chris, they both put together good policy make me happy. Thank you guys

Unhappy with service and response. My bill for one month more than doubled with no explanation. I asked 4 separate times, talked to a person in the office, and the response was just “well you are all caught up so it should be normal billing now”. Chris and his staff wouldn't take the time to help so I am switching to a new agent. I should have a thorough explanation and a refund and/or credit. Good luck ✌🏼
